Lindel R. "Lindy" Jackson
LIndy serves as the President of the Board and was originally appointed in April 2019. He was recently reappointed to another five-year term. He is a lifelong resident of Lancaster. He retired after 42 years of combined experience supervising field operations and managing projects in the natural gas industry for Columbia Gas Transmission and Utility Technologies International. Most recently he was a Manager of Project Management for Columbia Pipeline Group, now TC Energy. He also served as Lancaster's Service Safety Director for three years.

Ron serves as Vice President of the Board and was appointed in May, 2020. He retired after 41 years as Director of Diamond Power. Ron is a Mechanical Engineer and spent his career as an engineer, engineering manager, and VP of Sales and Marketing before becoming a Director for Babcock & Wilcox - Diamond Power's Lancaster Office. Ron has over 30 years experience in the industrial power markets, designing, selling and managing product lines. Since retirement, Ron has enjoyed mentoring young business leaders in Lancaster. Ron has served on a number of community boards; Lancaster City Schools, Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce and the Lancaster Port Authority to name a few. He has received a number of awards including The Floyd Wolfe Award. Ron was instrumental in starting the Tour de Cause to raise money to help fight opiate addiction in Lancaster and Fairfield County. This venture has raised over $500,000. He enjoys cycling and hiking and spending time with his wife and grandchildren.

Charles “Chris” Claypool is a lifetime resident of Fairfield County and our newest director. He is currently semi-retired from Claypool Electric Inc. where he previously served as president and CEO. Chris is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and currently sits on the Ohio Department of Commerce Contractors Licensing Board.
Shari serves as Secretary-Treasurer and was appointed by the Board in August of 2021. She performs these duties on a part time basis. She is employed by the City of Lancaster as Administrative Assistant at the Water Pollution Control Department. Shari has been with the city for 27 years.
